With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education—including the past 13 years at Holsworthy Preschool—I’m deeply committed to nurturing each child’s individuality. I believe every child is wonderfully unique, with their own strengths, interests, and perspectives on the world. My passion lies in working alongside children to ignite and expand their natural curiosity. I strive to create environments where exploration is encouraged, questions are celebrated, and learning feels joyful and meaningful. I also believe that strong partnerships between children, families, and the wider community are essential to the wellbeing of all. Together, we can build a foundation of trust, belonging, and shared growth that supports every child’s journey.

I’ve worked as the Administrative Officer at Holsworthy Preschool for 23 years, proudly supporting families and staff in the community where I have lived for many years. My son attended the preschool, making my connection to the centre deeply personal. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming environment and enjoy gardening and travelling in my spare time—two hobbies that keep me inspired and grounded.

I’m a passionate Early Childhood Teacher with over 20 years of experience in Early Years education across the UK and Australia. Since emigrating to Australia in 2017 with my husband and two sons, I’ve continued to build on my commitment to nurturing young learners through play-based, child-led experiences. My teaching approach centers on creativity, curiosity, and connection. I specialize in integrating art, literacy, and sensory play to support children’s development in numeracy, communication, and social-emotional skills. I believe that the early years are a vital foundation for lifelong learning, and that strong, trusting relationships with children and families are key to successful outcomes.

With over 41 years of dedicated service at Holsworthy Preschool, I am a diploma-trained early childhood educator whose passion lies in nurturing young minds and watching children grow into confident individuals. I am committed to creating a safe, joyful, and enriching environment that has touched generations of families. Outside the classroom, I find joy in spending time with my grandchildren, cherishing every moment of laughter, learning, and love.

With over 15 years of experience in the child care industry—including 7 years at Holsworthy Preschool—I bring a nurturing, play-based approach to early learning. I believe deeply in the power of learning through play, fostering creativity, confidence, and curiosity in every child. As a qualified chef, I love sharing my passion for cooking with children, turning everyday ingredients into hands-on learning experiences that teach life skills, encourage healthy habits, and spark joy.

With over 30 years in the education and care industry, I’m a diploma-trained educator committed to supporting children’s growth through play-based, individualized learning. At Holsworthy Preschool, where I’ve worked for six years, I champion healthy development—both mentally and physically—through programs like Munch & Move, promoting active lifestyles and nutritious habits. As a parent I bring empathy, insight, and a deep passion for helping children thrive at their own pace, in body and mind.

With nearly a decade in the early childhood sector, including three enriching years at Holsworthy Preschool, I bring a deep commitment to nurturing young minds through music, play, and meaningful connection. My approach is grounded in building trusting relationships with children, fostering their confidence, creativity, and sense of belonging. I believe in creating joyful learning environments where every child feels seen, heard, and inspired.

With a Diploma in Children's Services and a heart full of dedication, I’ve chosen a career in early childhood education to make a lasting impact on young lives. I believe that every child deserves a nurturing, joyful, and safe environment where they can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. I’m passionate about building positive relationships with children, fostering their wellbeing, and creating playful learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence. I am currently a Diploma trainee at Holsworthy Preschool, where my love for children is at the heart of everything I do.
