    To assist us in our funding submission, we need to know if your family falls into any of the categories below. Please tick applicable boxes.
    CHILDREN FROM NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING BACKGROUNDS.
    ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER CHILDREN.
    CHILDREN WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS – children diagnosed with severe allergies, physical or developmental delay.
    AFFORDABILITY ASSISTANCE is available for families on low income who are holders of a Commonwealth Health Care Card. A copy of your commonwealth Health Care Card is required.

    Please Note: Please Note: Positions are offered in date order of an application from our waiting list when your child turns 3 years of age or a vacancy occurs.
    Positions for the following year are offered in July/August. Please inform the preschool of any changes to the information you have provided.
    We do not inform you if you have been unsuccessful in obtaining a position, however you are welcome to phone and check with us at any time regarding your application.

    Fees

    A daily fee is payable and your account must be kept 2 weeks in advance. On enrolment a bond of 2 weeks fees is payable to secure your child’s position. This bond is applied to the last two weeks of your child’s attendance at the preschool. If after attending the preschool you no longer want a position you are required to give 2 weeks written notice. If your child does not start at Preschool the bond is non-refundable. Fees are not charged during school holidays.
